Took my car to the Nissan dealership to have tires rotated and balanced. When I drove the car after, it had a vibration. Took it right back to dealership and they said they corrected the problem. They did not. Took my vehicle to Oneway Automative, they rotated and balanced the tires, also got an alignment. Nice friendly service and very knowledgeable, and fair priced.
Matt and Angelica are extremely friendly, responsive, and patient and I was very impressed with Oneway. Matt spent a lot of time with me on the phone explaining the issues with my car and providing repair options and cost estimates. I highly recommend them!
First time in for multiple issues and both times they did not charge me to look at my car to decide if it needed work. Matthew explained everything in detail and was not out to gouge me but tried to save me money wherever he could. He even went so far as to print off a maintenance schedule for my car without asking. Who does that? I was able to get appts in the same week instead of waiting weeks like at some local mechanics. They have a large waiting area with comfy couches.
