Good car wash and a good price

I had been using this car wash exclusively and weekly for a little over a year and a half. I recently left with streaks on all my windows and some of my paint. I thought i did something wrong even though i spent 10 solid minutes just rinsing with high pressure then spot free. I went back twice trying to get the soap streaks off. Ive spent about 20 dollars at this one place on 4 visits in a week. I couldn't even get the streaks off with dawn dish soap or vinegar. I tried calling the number posted and it doesnt work. It was suggested i go to bingo burger since its owned by the same person. I went there and was met by a very nice lady but she said he no longer owned the burger place. She tried calling him to get a message to him for me and basically all she got back was to take my number down and he would call back. At that point i was up to 15 dollars and went back later to try one more time, 5 more dollars. After coming home with a progressively worse looking car each time and soap residue im assuming ill have to pay through the nose to remove out of pocket since the owner will not return my message, i decided after over a year of business im done. Its been a month so im pretty sure ill never get so much as a "Sorry bout that". The car wash is not very good in general, they run out of soap often, clear coat guns never work, and it takes about 20 to 30 seconds or so of paid time to get soap flushed out of the lines to get clear water to rinse. Im suspicious that soap in the rinse water has caused my issues but if the owner wont follow up how is he supposed to address the issue.
