Starting at the front desk, LaShyra was so happy and friendly. You immediately feel welcomed. All of the employees as I got x-rayed, checked by the dental hygienist, and the Dentist were wonderful!!! I had come for a 2nd opinion and I sure am glad I did!!!!
I like that they offer free exams and x-rays to new patients without dental insurance.. That is awesome. I also like the professionalism of the staff, the thoroughness of the exam, how they showed me the x-rays and explained everything... but the one thing I don't like is that they couldn't pull my bad tooth that same day and that I'd have to wait like 3 weeks to get in. They did write me some prescriptions to help me though, which is appreciated.
Nice clean friendly atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff. Honest Dentist and Hygienist. Won't sell you what you don't need. Will make suggestions and give you the option to make up your own mind d when it comes to replacing old fillings.
Very pleasant first experience. All staff seemed concerned and efficient. This visit was to learn about my particular situation and the proposed methods to correct it. On my next visit work on my teeth will begin. I am actually looking forward to it. A real first!!
