Store is kind of a mess. Overcrowded with racks and hard to navigate.
Customer service at this store is horrible. Every time I go in there there are 4 or more employees standing behind the checkout chatting with each other. They never acknowledge customers. Expect to wait at least 5 minutes before one of them will come over to check you out. Even then they can't even say hello. It's been this way at this location for over a year and it's not always the same people so obviously someone higher up is not training their employees properly by allowing them to act this way.
Nice selection of clothing and shoes but a little pricey
Love their shoes and purses, store has much to be desired in how well kept the store is. Looks as tho no one ever pays any attention to product recovery.
Always unorganized with sizes on the racks. Items always mixed together. Unless you're there for makeup it seems the care level is low.
