Great game and electronic choices with reasonable prices

Shouldn't even give them a Star. Worst place ever had to call corporate on them they stole $30 on a pre order I had pre ordered Battlefield 1. Sowing me stuff on computer that I've never ordered then manager after an hour in the back shows me the computer screen says I cancelled I've never cancelled it . He was probobly in the back changing stuff around. They didn't even have my address correct.And I even showed them a reciept of the pre order. Then after o leave 20 minutes later they had the audacity to call me and say my game is ready to pick up from pre order and I hear one of the coworkers Laughing in the background. GameXchange is where everyone in Ardmore Oklahoma should go there they are kind and polite. I will be getting my refund back GameStop
The customer service was incredible. Don't even know the guys name but kudos. I'm a trucker passing through and even still they didn't stop till my situation was satisfactory and stayed a little late for me. I have been to all 48 states and have seen their commitment to a happy customer mirrored almost never in anywhere I have been.
I was having a problem with my system and made a call to Game Stop. I think the guys name was Wesley. He was very professional and took time to help me. I was impressed and plan to use them in future.
