The price for a total of maybe 2 hrs of work got charged $500!! Was a huge rip off I almost feel like I got scammed. They did not do that much work at all not for that much money.... DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!
Was quoted a price for fixing my toilet. After wotking for a while, the plumber told me that it might end up being more than the original quote. I told them to let me know a price before they did any further work. He went to lunch, came back, and finished the work without saying a word about the price. I got the bill and it was almost 3x what the original quote was. When I called the office to discuss, the lady was very rude. Take your business anywhere else.
They gave us a quote and came under. Got the job done in a timely manner even with dealing with the city screwing up paper work Went above and beyond with their services!
They were very courtesy and prompt to fix my problem. They had to drive 20 or more miles so the charge for 3 hours reflected that. The bill was around $270. Although I am used to things being cheaper, my daughter felt the price was fair. They were so quick to respond and solve a problem another plumber was not able to solve.
