Not backing up they're warranty on kobalt Tools stating u need a receipt when there is a 3 yr warranty on said tool which I can only get at Lowe's and also it's printed on paper that basically faded off to nothing if kept for a certain amount of time ur Tools have a manufacturing date on it so u know already if it was bought during the time frame and I even offered to pay difference since I no longer care that particular one ..at least not at this store ...hassle free returns it's actually not giving that tool stopped functioning properly and was not due to damage ,spent a lot of money w ur Company and over a simple drill exchange that set me back when it should be just been addressed right then ,disappointed and dissatisfied
Been to this location hundreds of times. They moved everything. I couldn't find any of the 3 items I needs easily. Prices on a few things higher than HD, a few others viceversa. BUT, the workers I found were helpful and l we where things were located. Cashier was a peach. Store was clean.
Needed 2x6x8 treated lumber and 2 other things. The lumber was knotty, or stained, discolored or damaged from banding. Plants I was looking for not in garden area SO I LEFT WITH ONE ITEM I COULD HAVE GOTTEN AT WALMART INSTEAD OF DRIVING EXTRA TO LOWES. LOUSY HARDWARE PLACE.
Was looking for some light bulbs for the bathroom and ask for help the guy was super nice bit we could not find the ones i wanted so I went on shopping and right before I left the guy track me down he had found the ones I was wanting, sorry did not get his name but that was awesome!!!!
