I'm so disappointed with HREP. I tried for weeks to get a prior authorization on my med. I asked HREP during this period repeatedly to contact my physician again and check on it. Finally I went in and talked with Mr. Roberts personally. When I explained my situation and that I was upset with his company for not following up with the Doctor when I had asked them to repeated he refused to take any responsibility. I was told that they don't hound the Doctors (I wasn't asking them to hound, but simply call and remind) and that they get hundreds of requests like mine and can't be expected to keep up with them all (Apparently He's not interested in customer service). I told him there are other pharmacies I can use and he said "Goodbye".
