Rude. I've always paid my bills. The one time I'm late and come in with the past due amount ONE DAY LATE. She calls on the radio and has my water cut off before I drive 5 blocks back to my house. Informed them before they cut it off that I would pay the other half on Monday. They didn't care. I came in today (Monday) give them the money like I said I would. No hurry to get it back on. I even came in Friday with my twin babies. I'm a single father. Not usually behind on anything. I'm pretty irritated. How hard is it to look up my payment history and see that I pay and never have to ask for arrangements? Worse than the IRS I swear.
