Good mexican food and not heavy on Texmex. They have the best Ribeye steak but not on menu so you have to ask for it. Well equipped for handicapped and have 4 handicapped parking spots close to front doors.
Clean restaurant, fast service, Nice Mexican decor, good selection of food, Great Place for Family & Friends to gather! GET the Tequila of the day (on the rocks) for $2.00 in a frosted mug. The Fajitas (Beef) Burrito with rice and beans is delicious! The Chimichanga has Alot of cheese and is priced just right!
Great experience from the start! Greeted and seated quickly, server took order promptly, and excellent tamales delivered before I was ready to eat! Server checked back often enough. VERY SATISFIED! I will be back soon.

Had an awesome experience tonight! Was looking for a good Tex Mex restaurant & El Chico certainly delivered! Very speedy service, the waitress was great & the food was more than what I was expecting! Will definitely come back again before I head back to Kansas City!
