The sweet lady at the drive thru window remembered that I drank Dr Pepper from when I was there over a week before. She also was very sweet to my little girl. A++ customer service. Good chicken too!
Fast and accurate everytime. The food is fresh and tasty.
Tables were dirty, and I mean none of them were clean.. food was good .. but the cleanless stunk
Tried to get food 3 different times. The first time they were "out of Nashville hot" at 4 in the afternoon. 2nd time they were out of crispy chicken?! This was at 5 pm, and the 3rd the same. Told us it would be a while before they had more crispy chicken so we couldn't order it. What a joke. When you see you're running low on something wouldn't you start cooking more immediately? In my opinion it's lazy, rude staff who don't want to work.
If I got a correct order, I would be sooo surprised.
