I go here often and always get awesome service, good food, at a decent price. Went there last Sunday evening, place was packed. We got to our table and seen our server once, but the manager at the time jumped in to assist. She did a great job, she was friendly and helpful. I had ordered a steak and let me say I had made a great choice. I always order my steak medium rare, most of the time it is close enough that I don't say anything. This time though was perfection, perfectly cooked, so much flavor, seemed to melt in the mouth, and juicy. I have not had a steak prepared that well in a very long time.
Great steak and great service. Megan was an awesome waitress, on top of the food, drinks and dessert. Didn't have to wait even though she had multiple tables
Terribly unpleasant experience. My husband is claustrophobic and always requests a table. After a thirty minute wait, they seated us in a booth while a table sat empty right next to us. The explanation was that they were waiting to seat a large group which would require two tables, but it took most of our meal for the other tables to empty in order to seat that group. We were told that we could wait an additional amount of time if we wanted a table, but we had animals waiting in the truck and didn't have that kind of time. We had to send food back that wasn't prepared as ordered and then part of my daughter's meal didn't come until we were almost finished. We used to really enjoy Sante Fe, but our last few experiences have really been bad and they never offer to comp or make amends! Losing these customers...going back to Outback!!!
Our food was hot and delicious. The waitress was amazing! Wish I had caught her name but she never let out drinks get low and she was constantly checking on us.
Horrible service the waiter was tweaked out and couldn't do his job. Brought my family from out of town and it was a very upsetting experience. I love Santa fe but i will probably never eat there again
