Pro- really nice RV park, concrete pads, asphalt roads, nice office.
Spacious pull-through sites with level concrete pads and grass. Nice game room and playground. A new RV Park, so the trees are still small. Friendly staff. Haven't tried the fishing pond yet. Clean and well-maintained.
We enjoyed our stay at this park in October 2017. It is a new park so there are pluses and minuses.
The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Super clean and new. Right off 35 east 1/2 mile.Stocked pond good fishing fast WiFi in the park with plenty of cable channels. Camp host are really nice and friendly. They only reason I didn’t put 5 stars was bc it’s not actually next to the lake and is still a couple miles down to lake Murray. It’s very safe as well I left my bikes in the back of my truck during the two nights we stayed. Rates are fair. Everything you need and with all hook ups.propane on site as well. I highly recommend this place
But the best part was the Wifi. Even with a fairly full campground everyone was streaming video without buffering.
We stayed here two nights, was not crowded, had a nice view of the pond, really nice looking location, close to town and the lake.
Con- surprised by the train horn and train noise at night
First the negative - the trees have not yet grown up, but once they do it will be lovely. Right now it appears to be a parking lot when seen from the main road, but looks can be deceiving.
The layout is awesome! They have enough turning radius for the largest of rigs, even with toads. The sites are far enough apart that you can open your slides without worrying about covering a neighbors picnic table. Nearly every site is pull-thru with level concrete pads. Water pressure and power were never an issue, despite being in a rural area.

The owner's were very nice and helpful. The park was clean and beautiful. I loved the dog park the best. The owner even stopped and asked if I needed help setting up my trailer. Thank you for your hospitality. I'll keep this place in mind on my future trips.
The restrooms are clean, brand new and spacious.
