It was clean, but I felt it was the prices were to high. It just cost too much to store your belongings.
It seems to take several weeks to get the gate fixed when it goes down (so much for secure), and don't even think about talking to "Rhonda" about any issues. She pretends to be sweet with her fake smile and sugar coated voice until you have an issue, and then the ugly comes out. I will be finding other storage options at the end of my already paid for month. This isn't the first time we have been disappointed by them, but I had hoped that after several years of us being out of state, things had changed.
Rhonda is the best and all the staff is great. AS far as I know its the best place in Ardmore. Its clean and I feel secure.
Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend using them.
