All the employees are super nice and helpful. Great selection. Prices on dog beds are high.
Excellent place to shop for pet supplies and other things that you need for your pets. Customer service is excellent, however there is some degree of service that needs to be provided in the area of Home fish care. Aside from that it's a good place to shop. Things are well kept, and we'll stop. There is a little bit of confusion as far as providing services and giving information concerning animals in general, but they do a great job and researching it if there is not an answer to a question. It's still a very good start. And I do recommend it.
They have food our dog loves to eat and it's healthy
I have been here several times and there are a few employees that are extremely helpful but others are not as friendly nor as helpful. With that and the frequency of the store being out of stock on several products, I could not justify 5 stars.
Store is neat and organized, staff is friendly and fairly knowledgeable. Prices are a little high but not overly.
