The last time I went to the store they clean the place up it looks awesome and
I wanted to do right. However, I did pay for them and the manager took my items away from me like they were hers. God step in. A little boy knocked something down and she released my items that's when my sister told them that it was against the law for her to steal my items and my sister took them back. I asked my sister if was this okay to do and my sister did you pay for them and I said yes and she said you can see that the manager wasn't arguing back and we left. Horrible horrible service.
Trouble I purchased 5 purses and I said that the items cost alot of money. I was so excited about and the cashier after I purchased them told me that they were not 0.50 my sister told her that I paid for them and they belong to me. I was confused because this never happened to me before
Prices are great and its a very large location. Lots of great finds to be found!
A very large store with very cheap clothes, furniture, etc. In cheap I mean dumpy, but what can you expect when people donate everything? And they don't make it easy to donate. The main entrance is on a busy side street with only one short driveway. Otherwise you have to drive down the side of the building (awkward entrance) and try to drop things off. And many times I've seen the entire platform covered in broken down items and bags and bags of clothes all the way to the top of the ceiling. I guess if it's all you can afford, then this would be the place to go. Otherwise I only find that it's good for that odd item for the kids' school project or old clothes for spirit day or costume.
