Worst experience ever! I dropped my prom dress off in the bag that I had originally bought it in. It also has he receipt from me purchasing the dress, extra beads for the dress, and also the piece of dress I had removed in the bottom. I went a week later to pick my dress up and it was in a different bag. The workers were extremely rude to my mom and told her that we were wrong and that we took the bag with us whenever we dropped it off and we most certainly did not. The manager came around and began to bow up to my mom and was to extremely rude and not once did they apologize for the bag going missing or anything. We are very displeased and when we asked for the owners information they told us that if we had a problem then we can take it up with the manager! This is seriously the worst experience I've ever had!!!
Been using this place for a couple of years now. Have had any issues or bad service. They replace buttons when needed and I don't think Iv ever asked them to. They know my face and name when I walk in. Two thumbs up for me.
