Came here to do my laundry, apparently you got to have a card or something to pay for your laundry, how to get it, I don't know intimacies to get a card or a coin machine, the machines do not take coins unless you want a wash to 3 items at a time I don't think so plus they have old junk wash machines laying around in an inside of the building. Very dirty place. And they expect you to wash your clothes there to get it clean, not gonna happen with my stuff. There are other places to use. I recommend going elsewhere.
If I could have NOT given a star I would have. This place is a joke! Dirty! Half of the machines don't work.
Need to be aware that they don't use quarters here, you have to load money on a card. Management is very nice but only 1 super capacity was in use.
The staff as always been really great. But almost every time I go in there the big washers are broke down or the dryers aren't working. Just frustrating. But I won't go anywhere else in Ardmore.
The last time I was here I had to go around 7 to wash clothes and the lady that was working was very rude and rushing us out at 9:30 there was like 3 people in there and she even ran off a couple at 9:35 and told them that they didn't have time to dry clothes because they close at 10 but I'm pretty sure it only takes 20 to 25 minutes to dry clothes and then she was telling us to get out when we still had 10 minutes left on our clothes to dry my clothes was still wet but I usually go there during the day and the lady that works during the day is very sweet and so awesome:) I give her 10 stars but the lady I encountered that night I give 0 Stars so I recommend to go during the day if you want to wash clothes and dry your clothes all the way without getting ran off.. I just want to say thank you!! to the lady that works during the day for being so kind and treating people with respect...
