I called this company to repair a broken-leaking water faucet at my cattle corrals. The plumber drove 55 minutes to the location but did not bring the parts to make the repair (meaning he did not bring a faucet which I described in detail to him prior to his departure to the location). The plumber shows up, looks at the faucet, informs us that it is leaking, tells us that he did not bring the parts (why I don't know), and leaves with $250 to never return again. I called and spoke with the owner of the company to discover that she did not care about the fact that this had happened, and she chose to keep my $250 even though they did nothing. This also left me in a poor situation since it would be freezing the next day, and the water had to be shut off to my entire ranch headquarters over the weekend due to this leak. So, if you need someone to come to your location and re-verify you have a plumbing problem that you already know about, take your money and never come back, than this is the company you should call.
