I deliver here 5-8 times per week. Everyone is great. They are the most consistent consignee I've ever had. 3 hour unload from appointment time every single time. Any attitude problems I've had have been from bad interactions with rookie drivers. Rookies: lumpers exists. You are not paying for it. Shut up. Yes, it takes a bit to unload the truck. Shut up about it.
Very bad atmosphere to work at. Treat you like dirty dogs. And the constant lieing about work hours. Would not recommend this place, not even to a roach..
This place is pretty straightforward. Simply put "just make sure your on time".
This place is ridiculous staring with the little skinny girl at the lumper desk she is make you feel unwelcome there i swear i never wanted to punch someone like her before nasty girl not even a thanks or sorry for the wait got there at 930 got a door at 1030 close to my appointment time unloaded until 140 pm but then 1 hour for the paper and to charge 455.00 lumper fee is crazy is not capstone is CROSSROADS NEVER AGAIN RUN AWAY IS YOU CAN !!! AVOID AT ALL COST !! You will save money and time i even lost a load that i have after this stupid place but security shack and some other employees from dollar general were nice but not the CROSSROADS employee
I hate this place it's way too tight in here... for having as much room as it does and they are so unorganized it's rather shocking... I get here I check in at 9:43 am go park... less than 10 minutes later a lady comes and tells they are going to take you in door 59... ok I go around to door 59 someone's in my door I figure ok maybe he's going to leave soon... Lol he just checked in.... I inside to check in and tell them someone is in my door they say ok door 55 I go turn around go to get into door 55 and guess what someone's in my door.... I can't even tell you how many doors I see open right now and they have no clue... stay away from this place and it's a lumper unload
