They are always helpful. I mailed off 25 packages that went to France, Australia, Canada, and US. No problems. I frequently use their fax service. Very reliable.
This place is convenient when you're on the east side of Commerce and have to mail a package or want to drive through and drop an envelope in the mailbox, but I can't tell you how many times they are late opening which is not even until 9am. I have waited til 9:10 am and they still hadn't opened and ended up going down the street to the UPS store instead which opens at 7:30am. This has happened to me so many times in the past few years that I very rarely go here anymore. It's unprofessional.
