Pros: Type of people living there are blue collar workers and some college students, location, management.
Very nice staff. Owner is the maintenance man and fixes things to the best of his ability considering he is the only one repairing things. I was consistent with rent so I had no difficulties with management as some do when they don't pay their bills on time. No break ins and I felt safe the entire time there. Its not a party place. Very quiet and pretty good parking for the most part. The window did leak when it rained. If your on the bottom floor you'll likely hear your upstairs neighbors as in most apartments. Considering how Ardmore is very limited on places to rent it fits the category. Rent in Ardmore is high in my opinion considering Ardmore is a crappy place to have to live. The location of the apartments is very centralized to I35 and main street. This place is the cross roads between the expensive luxury places and the meth infested locations that run in the $400 - $500's. If you want a decent apartment with great people around you and your not broke enough to live off the government (most complexes in Ardmore are section 8) this is the place to live.
Cons: Ardmore, age of buildings, cost of living, and Ardmore (city sucks to live in).
