worst place ever. They will try to charge all your deposit when you move out. Even they gave you some refund, it takes for ever if you don't call and push them. The management is rude also.
Sorry excuse for a management team with the most unprofessional manager you will ever come across. They took our deposit, promised an apartment, move in date they changed from early august to 9th august. Had to change all our traveling plans, find a place to live at meanwhile, change our flights and even had to buy clothes since we are basically living out of our suitcases, with the previous home already all packed up and on it's way. Then this unbelievably rude and unprofessional manager calls us yesterday to inform us we can't move in because the occupants/tenants refused to move out. She refused to send the tenants eviction notice, refused to give us the landlords' contact, almost enjoyed being confrontational and demeaning on the phone and egged us on to go file a lawsuit (we plan to take HER to consumer court). In return she graciously promised to give our deposit back... as we now have to deal with finding a new safe place to move to, changing flights, making temporary living arrangements and much much more. Would never suggest this place to anyone and i strongly suspect this management team especially the manager will bring this business down.

I am writing this to express my feedback regarding before Renting Stone Creek Apartment, Ardmore, OK. I am new to the area, from my research it was best place in town to rent. However, the staff, especially Mrs. Parker (the Stone Creek Manager) will charge you for everything when you moved out or break the contract. By law, you should not pay to clean for other tenant to move in your place. Unless, the property is damage. When I moved out and received my depot after a month later. It stated that I was charged for the carpet and the whole apartment cleaning among other cleaning components. So I called Stone Creek to clarify and 1 week no one got back to me. I called again and got in touch with Janet, she stated Mrs. Quitin Parker whom make all the decision. So I waited another week and no one got back to me. I called again, and none of the staff was aware of my situation. I finally got Mrs. Parker on the phone. She told me that my apartment was left dirty, hence they have to charge for the cleaning. She stated she took pictures as approve. I asked for those picture to be email to me (no email was sent). About 10 minutes into the conservation, I asked if I can get a upper management opinion on this issue, she stated that she is the only one who can make the decision and there was no one higher than her. She also tempted me to sue her in court then hang up the phone.
I don't understand the professionalism occur around here and if the landlord is aware of the situation. I am not the only one to complain. Several other tenants were also a victim of this Stone Creek Apartment. To me, it was never about the money, it more about dealing with the situation in a professional manner and not in a discriminate way like this.
Management used to be a lot better a few years ago. But there has been a lot of staff changes, including the property manager, with rapid turnover of other staff members. Unclear why that is happening, but it appears that tenants are getting overcharged for things that they are not using and the professionalism has declined drastically.
Very unfriendly office staff. No customer service.
