This was my first experience buying a (used) new to me truck. Ryan, Dylan and Dakota were very professional and answered all questions that my wife and I had from the test drive to the finalized paperwork. Overall fantastic experience. Go check out this dealership you won't regret it!
Let me start by saying I gave them 1 star because there was not a lower option available. My husband and I HAD been faithful customers to Brad Fenton for over 9 years. We have purchased 3 new vehicles through them and this would have been the 4th. I will not go into great details about the fiasco we went through, but I can tell you nothing they promised ever surfaced. After waiting 25 days from signing our contract we were told the deal would not go through. The managers are some of the most arrogant, rude and uncaring I have ever seen. The contract we signed was not worth the paper it was written on. I will never go back to this establishment. A little advise, make sure you read everything and understand completely before signing anything. However, on a bright note we went to another dealership and within 8 hours (yes, hours) we drove away with a truck even better than the one we had ordered through them. There are still honest and caring people in the auto industry just be careful who you choose.
I have to choose the 1 star because there is no negative number. my wife go there and exchange the oil with our better quality filter and oil. They didn't change oil but only set the the computer on the car to 100% oil level. They keep the oil and filter, we can only find out after hundreds of miles driving when the oil alarm light was on.
I was in Brad Fenton this weekend and a salesman by the name of Lane Cantrell showed me some vehicles and was very helpful! He showed me things that we in my price range and told me how he could work with me on prices! I was very impressed with his professional look and his positive attitude! You have a great salesman on you hands!
