I am so pleased with the purchase of my new Honda Civic EX. I was given a good trade in on my old car and they paid off my old loan. I had to return to edit this review. The Fenton Honda finance department found me a better interest rate then the 0.7% Originally made. I actually bought this car with a 1.99 rate.! The sales staff my salesperson was excellent. I actually came out paying a smaller payment and in the same length of time as it would of paid off my old car. My insurance fell in price from $119 a month to $90!!! Molly is @Happyland. For test drive Lottie pulled Odyssey to the drive way, my kids noticed grass hopper, flyes and small bugs around the car they were hesitant to get inside, Lottie noticed it she went inside talked to manager and made arrangement to swap it with display one inside the showroom, Ron with help from his crew managed to pull couple cars out such that he can get Odyssey out from the showroom and we were so touched with it.
I couldn’t have asked for a better first car buying experience! The customer service from my sales rep (Matt) and the Sales Manager (Ronnie) exceeded my expectations. Matt went above and beyond to makes sure my car was up to standard! To top it off, the Finance Manager (Garrett) did an amazing job explaining my contract and finishing the final touches on my deal. (All great things for a first time buyer) And I couldn’t write a complete review without thanking the amazing detail crew, phenomenal job! If you are looking for a team that will give you quality service from the time you step on the lot to the moment you drive away in your new car, this is your place!
We were pleased with Lottie explanation during our test drive, once we get in the showroom process completed in the less than an hour.
Worst showroom in the Oklahoma. They will loot the money even if you see the car. They will provide you highest possible ever finance and try to sell the car. Don't go here, better check other showrooms instead of wasting your money.
