I was so happy to find this place( on my phone) looking for places to get a vehicle and they would work out a payment plan and I did and I love this place. If u have any questions just ask and if a problem comes up they Will have it dealt with or they'll send u to someone that can.
Absolutely horrible. Managers are rude to you. They don't communicate with each other about anything. They don't listen to you. I've had to talk to 3 different people about 1 situation. One person would tell me one thing , then someone else would tell me something completely different. I kept having to explain it to different people.
Says people can get a deal even if poor credit, but really not unless you make at least $4000/mo

Horrible experience! They are all about money and will tell you anything you want to hear just to make a dollar off of you. The car we got lasted long enough for the test drive then as soon as we drove it off the lot things started happening and was worthless. They are a horrible business to go through. They don't care about their customers at all. Save your money, there are plenty of other places that will treat you right Car mart is definitely not one of them! Update: we returned our car and they sent us a letter calling us true trash because the car wasn't spotless when we dropped it off. I even put the picture up! Save your time!
