Worst experience, took advantage of a poor woman sold her a car other than the one she was going there claiming that the car posted online was sold and they FORGOT to take it off the website. The car they sold had serious mechanical issues so they told her they will write a paper that they will fix it if she sign the contract at the moment. They took the agreement paper and gave her the contract. She went back in 48 hours asking for the repairs or to return the car they told her to goaway claiming the contract is final and she should go. She is now paying for a car that is not running. Also when she bought the car the odometer reading was about 2500 mile more than the reading proved in the contract and they have a statment if she returned the car she would pay 35 cents per mile so she would be already owing them $875. Please if anyone knows away to help this poor lady comment or give some guidance.
I would consider using them for any used vehicle purchase. Maybe a new vehicle. I have had nothing but troubles with my vehicle since I purchased it. And they were never helpful. Disappointing
They list cars and when you go there they keep showing you other cars which they want to get rid of and with extremely overpriced values.. They list cars not even exist with low prices just to make you go there.. Even when they show you a car they tell you a price then on signing the contract they claim that they didn't know the actual price and increase the price again.. Most of the cars they have, have serious mechanical problems, cars can't be driven well at all.. Even while signing the contract, they sign some papers for you promising doig some fixes and steal those papers from you.. If it is trade in deal they give you a high price for your old car to make you think that you made a good deal but the truth is that they give you the new car with ridiculously overpriced values.. If you tried to ask about anything once you get the car they kick you out of the place.. They deceive the customers.. It is all about fraud.. They just keep telling lies and deceive innocent people.. This place must be shut down
They had a truck posted on their website for sale that I wanted so I called in and asked if we could check my credit and everything before I drove all the way up there as I live in Dallas. They said everything was good, and I was 99% approved, just need to see the paperwork! I also requested to see another truck on their website they had listed. Todd said it was at a different location, but he will be sure to have it down here for me to look at on Saturday... So I took the drive out with my wife and daughter only to be told they sold the truck and didn't even have my second option to show me. When I said can you have someone bring it over, they said well no, it's going to be real late by then, but I can drive up another 45min to see it (After I had already drove 2 hrs). They didn't bother to call to cancel the appointment, they didn't bother to bring over the other truck as promised and they didn't bother to reimburse my gas that they made me waste. The most frustrating part was that i specifically told them I wanted to make sure everything was good before I went up there because I didn't want to waste my time. However, reading through the comments below, it's now obvious they do this quite often. Don't bother going out of your way to visit Mayes Kia, they don't know how to keep their word.
